Senior Consultant ERP/CRM We are looking for a Senior Consultant for a sizable IT consulting corporation. As a core member of the development team, you will be expected to engage in the implementation, enhancement projects (CRM/ERP). Candidates with experience in ERP/CRM application are definitely an advantage.
Key Responsibilities of the role
Work as a team and focus on analysis, design and development of ERP/CRM applications
deliverexcellent consulting services to clients
Provide technical development and support for the new and developed projects
Assist on QA, UAT with test cases and testing
Work closely with cross-functional teams in driving business goals
Key Skills of the role
Degree holder in Information Technology / Computer science or other related disciplines
Experience working as a Business Analyst/ System Analyst in ERP/CRM application industry
Fluency in English, Cantonese/Putonghua
Able to work under pressure and independently
Enjoy fast paced environment

Job Description :
To ensure customer service and support all operations. To create customer delight at every interaction.
Interacting with external customers and internal customers and addressing their queries, requests and complaints.

Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
