Job Description
  • To formulate sales strategies and action plans to develop new business opportunities, generate revenue growth and achieve gross profit targets
  • To Implement and coordinate market promotional activities
  • To develop and execute account management plans targeted at ensuring retention of existing customers.
  • To up sell the existing customers by identifying extension opportunities and work with HoS, subject experts and regional office to provide solutions to meet these needs.
  • To monitor the clients’ satisfaction level and provide to the company any client’s feedback on how we can enhance our service.

  • Bachelor Degree holder in any disciplines
  • 5+ years business development and account management experience in financial services industry
  • Skilled negotiator with excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
  • Fluent/ Native in English and Mandarin
  • Proficient in MS Excel, Access, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Demonstrate a consultative sales approach and be able to foster relations with a wide range of local and expatriate clients
