University graduate in Statistics, Computing, Business Administration or related subject At least 1-2 years relevant experience on data analyst and web development project Work experience in Lifestyle Platform is an advantage Strong business mindset and analytical skill Solid experience and understanding in business development Internet, technology or multimedia knowledge preferable Excellent communication and documentation skills The ability to work in a fast paced and results oriented organization Candidates who are more experienced will be considered for senior positions

Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
