Our client is a Hong Kong conglomerate with diversified businesses.
Job Responsibilities:
  • Develop the marketing and branding strategies for the organization’s range of brands; oversee the implementation of the marketing strategy for the region.
  • Assist in the identification of new business opportunities and recommendation of actions and strategies to improve the brands performance.
  • Set and monitor the annual marketing budget; manage and measure marketing campaign costs.
  • Create and manage a calendar of events such as campaigns, shows and launches.
  • Continually review and aware of changes to the market, consumer trends and the activities of competitors, adjusting the marketing plan if necessary.
  • Manage and refine the organization’s social media presence.
  • Report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns using pre-determined KPIs.
  • Conduct the appropriate market research studies and consumer insights.
  • Co-operate and partner with various media agencies and secure agreements on the production of promotional materials and ensure outstanding delivery quality.

Job Requirement:
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing / related disciplines, or equivalent.
  • 10+ years of marketing experience within service industries.
  • Prior agency experience preferred.
  • Prior experience and track record of creating and managing successful campaigns.
  • Advance knowledge with social media and digital marketing.
  • Analytical, well-organized, sense of details, strategic mindset, communication, operational excellence, team player, passion for branding and brand awareness.
  • Possesses good energy, drive and optimism.
  • Proficiency in both, written and spoken, English and Chinese.
