Job Description
Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with beauty/fashion brands to develop, execute, and amplify communications throughout Asia, including brand campaigns and launches.
  • Responsible for campaign pitching, planning & execution including influencers strategy, content production, joint promotion, 3rd parties liaison, etc.
  • Drive overall growth plans by identifying potential business partners and business development opportunities; Cultivate, develop and convert business opportunities.
  • Strategize and lead multi-staging events and digital projects as overall Project-In-Charge and work on social media retainer accounts and projects on various social media platforms.
  • Identify and position KOLs for multi-product seeding and event invitation.
  • Communicate and work closely with both internal and external parties for special events.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in PR/ Communications or equivalent; 5+ years of experience in PR, Account Management or Partnership.
  • Strong network and close relationships with fashion & beauty brands; Major interest in shopping, fashion trends and brands.
  • Good understanding, knowledge and instincts about latest fashion and beauty brands and trends; Experience of leading junior teammates.
  • Positive, team-oriented attitude and strong interpersonal skills; Disciplined and proactive approach, demonstrated ability to build positive relationships with peers.
  • Continuously open to learn with genuine curiosity.
