Responsibilities: • Closely monitor and analyze the market trend, seek out and develop new business opportunities in overseas market • Develop new customers with new business opportunities as well as maintaining a robust relationship with existing customers • Plan, formulate and execute the development strategies to meet achieve and exceed company financial goals • Drive and maintain effective communication and process flow that strengthen cross-department collaboration to ensure the development and delivery schedules are met • Devise sales & marketing strategies and action plans to drive sales to achieve KPI targets
Requirements: • Diploma and above qualification in textile/garment or related discipline • 8 years and above relevant work experience in fashion market, preferably with experience in handling US and Europe market • A self-starter, result oriented and proven track record in business and customer development • Presentable, good communications skills and able to make decision in a fast-paced environment • Willing to travel when required

Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
