Job Duties: • Develop business initiatives, sales and marketing strategy to establish and maintain clients’ and business partners’ relationship • 制定業務發展,建立和維護客户和合作夥伴關係 • Achieve company sales performance • 達到公司營業表現 • Manage, liaise and mobilize internal sales for marketing and branding activities of the team • 管理,聯絡和調動銷售團隊的行銷活動 • Compile wealth planning with insurance proposals for High Net Worth or corporate clients • 為高端或公司客戶編制财富管理 （包括保險產品） 的建議 • Establish and recruit salesmen and business partners • 建立和招募銷售人員和業務合作夥伴 • Assist supervision of client servicing activities • 協助監督客戶服務活動 • Comply with legal & regulatory requirements • 遵守法律法規要求
Requirement: • Degree holder in Finance, Business Management, Marketing or any related disciplines, CFP and insurance licensee are preferred • 金融，商業管理， 市場推廣或者任何相關學科的學位持有者，持牌理財師或保險持牌人優先 • Minimum 6 years of proven track record of insurance/wealth management sales experience in Hong Kong, China, Taiwan or other Asian countries. • 至少6年在香港,中国,台湾或其他亚洲的實质銷售經驗 • Solid and proven sales track record • Be able to bring in client resources and business partners with clear sales strategy • 具備客戶資源和清晰的業務思路 • Strong understanding of insurance products knowledge and insurance sales regulations • 對保險產品和保險法規有較強的認識 • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • 優秀的人際關係和溝通技巧 • Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese (Mandarin is a MUST) • 良好的中英文書寫和口語能力（流利普通話是必須）

Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
