Job Description
We like to hear from you if you have:
  • Degree in engineering or business administration 
  • More than 5-year experience in Telecom market and Enterprise/Wholesale/Carrier Sales 
  • Languages: native in written and spoken Japanese, fluency in written and spoken English and Mandarin proficiency is a plus 
  • Passion to be member of pioneer team in sales and business development with outstanding competencies: 
  •   to strategize and to develop business and execute sales prospect to grow market penetration to achieve quarterly to yearly sales targets. 
  •   to manage daily customers’ sales enquiries from commercial to response to RFQ / RFPs 
  •   Support daily sales enquiries from commercial perspective and respond to RFQ/RFPs. 
  • Excellent negotiation skills in converting large prospects to customers accounts with established sales model to realize business. In addition, the linking pin to with internal stakeholders to realize customers’ solutions in requirements and expectations. 
  • Exemplary customers’ relationship management with world-class service to strengthen existing customers’ loyalty with strong attraction to potential customers. 
  • Effective after sales support from service performance review to contract renewal to negotiation to process improvement and so forth. 
  • Efficient with on-time sales report and in formulating sales pipeline for customers accounts within the respective region. 
  • Develop and execute sales strategies for exploring business opportunity and maximize sales prospect and company’s market penetration. In addition, always achieve sales targets.
