Reporting to the General Manager. Managing a team of 15-20 sales individual. Responsible for selling construction products to large M&E Contractors, project developers etc. The role is pivotal in delivering business development opportunities with large corporate clients throughout China.
Bachelor degree or above 10 years working experience in building materials or equivalent Strong connection with contractors Track record of building and growing sales business relationships with mid to large clients A thorough knowledge of building products and services; and awareness of industry trends (domestic and globally) is required Strong connection with Architect, Interior Designers, Developers and Main contractors Strong product knowledge Outgoing, responsible, independent, self-motivated and able to work under pressure

Interacting with external customers and internal customers and addressing their queries, requests and complaints.

Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
