Job Duties: • Responsible for introducing and developing potential clients to achieve sales targets • Establish and maintain client and business partners’ relationships by understanding their special needs, handling their inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner • Responsible for coordinating and handling client requests for specific products and services (conference calls, seminars and client portfolio analysis report etc.) • Handle other ad-hoc projects as assigned
Requirement: • Bachelor degree or above in finance or business-related studies, CPA, CFA, CFP or insurance licensee are welcome • With clean disciplinary records • Solid financial knowledge, strong interpersonal skills, ability to build trust and confidence among clients and colleagues • Minimum 3 years of experience in financial institutions, previous sales experience in wealth management/insurance preferred • With high net worth or corporate clients’ resources preferred • Strong work ethic and highly self-motivated • Work experience in China and/or Asian markets will have advantage • Strong skills in MS Office (Excel / PowerPoint / Word) • Good oral and written English and Chinese (including Putonghua)

Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
