Job Description

Tycon Alloy Industries (Hong Kong) Co., Ltd., is a wholly-owned subsidiary of CHTC Fong's Industries Co., Ltd., specializing in producing stainless steel, duplex, and Ni-based castings (Both sand and investment castings) and machines parts for wide spectrum of industries involving corrosion, heat and wear resistant applications. 

Sales Executive/ Assistant Manager

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing sales activities in steel casting products including but not limited to:

•generate sales revenue, identify new business opportunities in order to achieve the business goals

•develop new clientele base and stay regularly in touch with existing customers to gain real understanding of their concerns and business needs as well as forecast its changes over and drive sales opportunities

•work closely with technical team and internal parties to achieve desirable sales result

•uplift the company’s broad range of products while focusing on profitability, value-added service and customer satisfaction


•Degree in Business Administration/Engineering or related disciplines

•At least 3 years sales management experience, preferably with major OEM account and in a multi-national context

•Previous sales experience in machineries, pumps, valves, filtration equipment and machined parts would be an added advantage

•Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese including Putonghua

•Familiar with MS Office and Chinese Word Processing

•Strong selling, presentation and communication skills

•Able to work independently to meet deadline and achieve goals

•Possess an international driving license is preferred

•Frequent travel to overseas and mainland China

•Based in Shenzhen/HK
