• Reporting to the BU Head directly, working closely with the Operations Head of the BU. • Develop market intelligence to identify potential customers or projects that require optical fibre cable assemblies. • Focus on establishing relationships with new customers in the Telecom and Data Center markets, either end-users, channel partners or System integrators catering to these markets. • Drive and implement business strategies and initiatives to maximize sales and channel capacity • Over time develop and implement strategic sales plans, forecasts and goals to achieve results • Monitor marketing intelligence and provides recommendations to improve business performance • Manage and lead a team of sales forces.
• Degree holder in Business Administration or Engineering • At least 10+ years of successful industrial sales and sales management experience gained in a sizable organization, in the telecoms and data centre industries, or in companies supplying to these industries. • Has strategic vision and mindset • Possess strong business acumen and ability to generate business opportunities • Has passion and track record for being innovative, not just following the old ways of doing things
