Source candidates, screen CVs and conduct interview
Communicate with existing clients to understand clients' recruitment needs
Develop and manage client/ business relationships
Assist in contract preparation, joining formalities of new staff
Manage onsite operations and conduct performance management
Assist in payroll process
Develop candidate base through different recruitment channels
Database management, prepare reports
Diploma holderor above
Fresh graduate will be considered
1-2 years experience in Human Resources/ B2B sales/Event & Exhibitionexperience
Strong passion in staffing forbulk & mass recruitment
Energetic, responsible, detail minded and multi-tasking
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Fluent in oral and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)

Interacting with external customers and internal customers and addressing their queries, requests and complaints.

Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
