Our client is an US listed technology company.

Responsibilities

  • Play a leading role in the areas of:

    • Capacity, production and material requirement planning

    • Ingredients/ packing materials and equipment/spare part items purchasing for factory

    • Inventory control of materials

    • Project management and change management for continuous improvement

  • Production master planning, Data Master Integrity and controls

  • Full Supply Chain KPI Control and responsible for SCM pillar development, supplier management and coordination with BO/ regional product supply planning on behalf of factory

  • Responsible for the continuous improvement of inventory management such as reducing inventory will-last-days supply and minimizing materials’ and products’ shortages

  • Full E&O and work align with CS, Sales to take Proactive Inventory Control

  • Be an effective communication channel with key stakeholders, including with all inter-regions in US and Europe

  • Motivate and engage team, coach and develop team capability to build optimum human resource aligned with factory development strategy


Requirements

  • Over 10 years relevant experience in capacity planning, production planning, purchasing, material planning, inventory control, logistics or supply chain management fields, of which more than 5 years of team leading/ management experience

  • Sizable MNC experience; with exposure in Electronics manufacturing is preferred

  • Good team player and leader with strong communication, presentation and people skill – able to work in multi-functional & cultural team environment

  • Hands-on problem solver with good analytical, negotiation and presentation skill

  • Fast paced and able to work under pressure and multi-tasked environment

  • Proficient in Excel and KPI development, experience in Oracle, ASCP Planning Module. VBA, SQL is a plus

  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese

  • Travelling is required
