REGIONAL IT SUPPORT MANAGER (1-YEAR RENEWABLE CONTRACT, UP TO 50K)
My client is a MNC company and they are searching for a qualified IT Support Manager to join our regional team. In this role you will be responsible for ensuring quality and timely technical service to their senior upper management.
Maintain and communicate an overall view of key operational and systems support activities to keep the business operating effectively,
Support C-Levels on set-up and support i.e. conference call, video, AV equipment set up
Reviewing operational agreements and other performance metrics with service/vendor partners
Engage with senior key stakeholders to ensure key service metrics are properly defined and understood and are used effectively to drive IT service availability and continuous improvement
Support on regional incident within Service Level Agreements (SLA)
5+ years of working experience in similar position
Strong customer service and communication skills to all senior levels
Strong working knowledge in MAC, iOS and PC, Wintel
Solid experience of working on complex problems across the full Microsoft Stack primarily
Proven experience implementing/ supporting VOIP, Blackberry and Video environments, i.e. BES, Tandberg, Avaya, Zang and more
Excellent communication skills in English and Cantonese, with experience in facing senior management level
Candidate with less experience will consider for a more junior role

Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
