Job Description


Responsibilities:
  • Leading a HR Assistant and provide all-round HR services including staffing, Compensation & Benefits, Succession planning, Culture building, Compliance for HK office and offshore locations in Asia
  • Deploy/Implement Corporate & Regional HR strategy, policies, regulations and guidelines
  • Ensure the compliance of the Human Resources strategy with legal, tax and social security, relevant labour law and other governmental rules/regulations
  • Provide end to end C&B management for management staff, i.e. payroll, pension, staff benefits etc.
  • Provide end to end recruitment service of managerial positions i.e. job description drafting, sourcing of recruiters, selection of candidates, interview, employment contract preparation etc.
  • Assist in annual budget process including formulation of HR and Payroll budget
  • Manage & coordinate annual HR initiatives in the region - Succession Planning, Management Annual Bonus Scheme, Annual Salary Review, Employee Survey
  • Prepare regular HR reports, compensation data, succession plan etc.
  • Coordinate regional events
  • Align with European HQ on HR initiatives


Requirements:
  • Degree holder
  • Relevant all round HR generalist experience gained in multinational organisations; a background with trading/retail companies will be highly desirable
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; multicultural
  • Thorough knowledge of HR related law and practices in Hong Kong and good concepts of employment laws in other locations
  • Strong communication skills in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
