Responsibilities: • Plan and perform marketing strategies to develop prospective clients. • Full spectrum of recruitment activities from well understanding clients’ needs, effective Job advertisement, CV screening, interview, candidate referral to the employers and follow up actions. • Provide excellent consultation and advice to both of customers and candidates • Collect and update market information and relevant governmental regulation. • Update the database and other documentation work • Handle Job Web-site • Translation & Interpretation • Other ad-hoc duties Requirement: • Diploma or above • 2 years solid working experience • Working experience inRecruitment Agencies as a consultant OR in Recruitment Department of commercial companies as a recruiter is a MUST • Conversational Japanese language skills is an advantage • Energetic, independent and welcome to new challenges • Able to react and adapt to changes • Good command of Cantonese, Mandarin and English • Hands on skills in MS Office • Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant HR Consultant * Fresh candidate will not be considered for this position

Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Policy Servicing:-
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
