Our client, a well-known investment firm, is looking for aReceptionist to join its dynamic team:
  • Professionally represent the Group as guests’ first point of contact, to provide courteous service, assistance and information
  • Perform reception duties including but not limited to welcoming guests, taking phone calls, emails, messages and general enquiries with well manners
  • Organize conference room bookings, and assist management of internal and external Group events as required
  • Handle courier and mailing arrangements with occasional outdoor work as required
  • Maintain office security through monitoring employees and visitors’ traffic at our premise
  • Upkeep the tidiness of front office and guest related areas
  • Assist in general administrative tasks, including data entry, scanning, documents filing, maintenance of office equipment, procurement of supplies, etc.
  • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

  • The ideal candidate will be a smart and trustworthy individual able to provide customers with a warm greeting and handle all incoming requests
  • Experience with working as a personal assistant or providing concierge service within the hospitality industry are preferred
  • Degree holder with at least 3 years of relevant experience
  • Customer-oriented with good business phone etiquette and interpersonal skills
  • Responsible, open and detail-minded, mature, able to multi-task and well-organized
  • Good command of written and spoken of English, Chinese and Putonghua
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing
