Job Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for the administrative duties, such as conference booking, travel arrangement and handle couriers ordering and incoming and outgoing mails
  • Handle the phone calls and greet the visitors.
  • Provide general administrative support
  • Any ad-hoc duties as assigned


Job Requirements:
  • Diploma or above
  • Solid experience in reception/ office administration, experience in multicultural working environment will be an advantage
  • Good command of spoken & written English,Mandarin and Cantonese
  • Independent, cheerful and with good communication skill
  • Can handle multiple tasks

**1 year contract, 5 days work in Quarry Bay, Mon to Fri, 0900 to 1800, salary range HK$15,000 – 18,000 depends on experience
