Lead a team to design, implement and manage an effective and efficient QA & Environmental system.
Devise procedures to inspect and report quality issues
Monitor all operations that affect quality and manage key processes like IQC, process quality control, factory audit, QA project management
Provide professional advice and support to Program Quality Engineer to handle quality issue during new product development
In-charge all quality aspects from supplier management, process quality control and outgoing product assurance to ensure the product quality could meet customer specification, requirements and expectation
Liaise & coordinate with customer representatives; regular FUS & Safety Marks Listed auditors, auditors on the Factory Safety Audit
Bachelor degree or above in engineering, quality or equivalent disciplines
At least 10 years of experience with 3 years at managerial position
Thorough knowledge of methodologies of quality assurance and standards
Thorough understand of Root Cause Analysis methodologies
Experience to manage total quality functions in a manufacturing setting
Certification of quality control is a strong advantage (ISO 9000 etc.)

Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
