提供優質服務，並與居民/租戶建立友好關係，以確保客戶滿意度 Provide prompt and courteous services and establish friendly rapport with residents/tenants to ensure high level of customers' satisfaction
處理查詢, 投訴並解決居民/租戶問題 Handle enquiries, complaints, provide information/activities and resolve problems arising from residents/tenants
與服務承包商聯絡，確保提供優質服務 Liaise with service contractors to ensure quality services are provided
參與業主會議和提供援助 Attend and support OC meeting
最少一年物業管理經驗 At least 1 year relevant experience in property management industry
考慮擁有客戶服務經驗的候選人 Solid experience in face to face customer service will also be considered
良好的溝通和人際交往能力 Good communication and listening skills
操良好的英語和中文 Good command of spoken English and Mandarin
Job Description :
To ensure customer service and support all operations. To create customer delight at every interaction.
Interacting with external customers and internal customers and addressing their queries, requests and complaints.
Committed TATs are met consistently
Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
