To undertake project management for IT project which includes but not limited to the following activities and responsibilities:
• Overseeing the adoption of project management best practices to the IT implementation projects and prepare related documents
• Reviewing and providing comments on project deliverables in order to assure the quality of the deliverables and compliance with designated quality standards
• Liaising and coordinating with users and related parties from project initiation to system rollout and nursing, in particular on defining user requirements and functionalities, system implementation and acceptance testing
• Monitoring teammate's performance through out the implementation and development life cycle and giving advice to team members for improvement, if necessary
• Reporting the project updates and progress to management, and identify and report project issues
• Ability to supervise projects effectively and efficiently as well as commissioning the planned / ad hoc projects on schedule with allocated budget
• Degree holder in Computer Science or equivalent
• At least 4 years of relevant post-qualification working experience
• A minimum of 2 years experience in the capacity of IT project manager taking charge of medium to large scale bespoke IT application development and implementation. The experience should cover full system life cycle which included stages of system design, development, implementation and production cumulated from sizable IT application implementation projects
• Effective interpersonal and communication skills with internal and external parties
