Our client, a Hong Kong's banking company is seeking to hire anOfficer, Project Management to support its operations.

Responsibilities
  • Acts as the lead/ coordinator for the project rollout mainly administrative work
  • Prime contact to stakeholders relating to the project
  • Preparation of Test scripts and co-ordinate during UAT and Work with stakeholders to troubleshoot data-related problems
  • Assist to collect and manage data for the needs required in this project
  • Coordinate team and meeting as required
  • Assist with reports and data extraction when needed
  • Assist in monitor and analyze information
  • Assist the team in defining operating procedures, process flows and related documentation


Requirements
  • Degree Holder in a relevant discipline (Business administration/ Data Management/ Marketing)
  • Working experience in financial industry preferable with banks
  • Candidates with less experience will be considered asCoordinator Role
  • Good understanding of data administration
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite skills (Excel, Access, Word etc.)
  • Good communication (oral & written) and collaboration skills
