To assist in administering the outdoor education camps scheme such as processing the school subsidy applications, arranging subsidy payments, handling matters among schools and relevant camp offices, answering enquiries and providing secretarial support for various meetings;
To collect information for updating the outdoor education learning and teaching package such as through schools and camp visits;
To handle data collected in various surveys; and
To perform any other duties assigned by supervisors.
Higher Diploma or above from a Hong Kong tertiary educational institution or equivalent; preferably with Level 3（Grade C）and Level 2（Grade E）or above in Chinese and English Language in HKDSE (HKCEE);
Proficiency in the application of MS word, Excel and PowerPoint;
Fluent in both English and Chinese;
Possess good interpersonal and communication skills; and
Preferably with knowledge and experience in project management as well as in designing, developing and managing webpage.
