Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
  • Manage and motivate Client stakeholders and team members to create momentum and a high performance culture respectively.
  • Work closely with Consulting teams and other Delivery Units to ensure; management of scope, schedule, risks, configuration, change, communication, issue escalation, budget, quality, delivery resources & people with the objective of ensuring program management of the highest standards
  • Develop thought leadership to drive points of view in the market and contribute to business development through RFP/RFI responses and proactive offer development
  • Partcipate in practive building activity as a valued contributor to the program management and agile delivery community. This may involve recruitment, training and knowledge management activity to mature our capability and practioners
  • To understand business needs and able to create meaningful "points of view"
Skills and Qualifications:
  • 5-10- years (Senior Consultant) and 8-15 years (Principal) of relevant work experience preferably in consulting environment
  • Tertiary qualifications in a Business and/or IT related field
  • At least 3+ years of experience in a Aviation / Telco / Energy / Utility firm or in a management consulting firm working for Aviation / Telco / Energy / Utility clients
  • Able to articulate business value and link them to technical solutions
  • Experience being a team member on mid to large scale projects
  • Being a team player and working closely with other business areas
  • Experience in business processes, conducting requirement workshops and reporting
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
  • Proven ability to build long term relationships with stakeholders
  • Ability to manage multiple relationships, people and time to meet service levels
  • A willingness to travel if necessary to suit business demands
  • Experience with Agile and Waterfall Methodologies
  • Relevant professional qualifications such as PMP, Prince2, CSM, PSPO, CPA, CFA or others
  • Certification(s) in Agile methodologies (PMI-ACP, CSM, SAFe4, or equivalent) preferred
  • Fluent in spoken and written English, Cantonese, Mandarin
