Program Coordinator  

Job Description:

Technology tracks of Creative Acceleration Programs consists of

a) Creative Project Management tool (Workfront) implementation

b) Digital Asset Management using Adobe AEM Assets implementation

Regional program coordinators will report to Mindtree Program Manager of Creative Acceleration technology tracks.

The following activities would be performed by the role to help SPOC at the respective regions

Understand Program Objectives:

· Understand Program Objective through discussions with Program Manager, Architect , Project Manager and Business Analysts

· Understand the baselined requirements by discussing with Creative Acceleration DAM project Business Analysts

· Understand AEM Assets features used for the program

Requirements Finalization:

· Plan for requirement finalization sessions according to the brand rollouts decided in program plan

· Coordinate with technology project teams and prepare for requirement finalization sessions.

· Help SPOC at the region to communicate and block time of Brand stakeholders for the requirement finalization session

· Coordinate activities for the requirement finalization Webex session

· Document any additional requirements or changes provided by Brand stakeholders and forward to respective technology teams and program manager for feasibility analysis

· Help SPOC in communicating whether the changes suggested by the Brand stakeholders will be available in current rollout or in subsequent rollouts based on Global team’s decision.

· Prioritize the additional requirements which are outside the scope of implementation for different releases of Maintenance/Support projects

· Help SPOC to coordinate with IT team for any infrastructure support to do performance bench marking

· Coordinate functional and non-functional requirement sign off from brand representatives / Core team at region

Training:

· Help SPOC in blocking calendars of brand stakeholders at region for Webex training sessions from technology tracks. Trainings will be in Train the trainer mode.

· Assist Regional brand Stakeholders in getting access to sandbox so that they can explore the features they will receive.

· Help the Brand Stakeholders in solving any access issues or answering any questions by coordinating with the respective technology track teams

· Assist the trained trainer to get any queries answered from technology tracks OR resolve any technical issues by coordinating with technology track teams

· Review User Manuals and ensure that requirements provided by Regional Brand Stakeholders are available and correct

User Acceptance Testing:

· Provide inputs to program manager and respective technology tracks Project managers for User acceptance testing by regional brand stakeholders

· Coordinate UAT related communications to Regional Brand Stakeholders and follow up for any inputs required from brands at region level

· Coordinate with SPOC to arrange any infrastructure support like arranging software or hard ware from where the UAT will be performed

· Coordinate with technology track teams to ensure that User access, rights are provided for Users before UAT

· Coordinate UAT and document any feedbacks provided by Users

· Coordinate with IT team and Core Brand team for any performance verification of application from Region

Go Live:

· Coordinate and ensure that all region level users have access to respective application before Go Live

· Publish Go Live schedule in advance to regional stakeholders

· Coordinate and provide Go-Live status to regional brand stakeholders, in case of any deviations from plan

Communication :

· Provide overview of program to brand stakeholders at region

· Prepare meeting agendas and presentations for communication of project information to concerned parties

· Communicate details of program timelines and at what point , each brand stakeholders at region are required for specific activities

· Program updates regarding accomplishments periodically to regional brand stakeholders

· Report weekly status from region to Program Manager, Mindtree Delivery Manager and Project Manager of technology tracks which will be consolidated and communicated

· Communicate risks and dependencies to Program Manager and Mindtree Delivery Manager

· Escalate any DAM specific issues which are not solved by the track to Program Manager and Mindtree Delivery Manager

· Escalate any Workfront related issues to Program Manager to coordinate with Leappoint and close
