Our Client We are working with a world leader in marketing programes for global retail brands. They have offices across Europe, Asia Pacific and the United Sates. In Hong Kong & Taiwan they work with renowned retailers to increase client sales & revenue by developing retail reward programs.
The Role As a talented Product Designer you will be based in Hong Kong but be responsible for developing and creating new rewards, creating new licenses characters, premium product development and packaging designs for their various programs in Taiwan. You must have previous experience in Childrens product industry or relative field. You will lead Taiwan projects and assist the creative director to meet clients needs to the best of your ability. You will need to produce innovative ways to find new rewards and how to develop them up to a range. 3D design skills are essential and you must be creative, passionate and have an inherit interest in product design.
Good understanding of manufacturing process and plastic injection moulding
Ability to translate concept to technical drawing
Drive productivity by implementing design for manufacturing/assembly up front
Provide mechanical and materials engineering expertise throughout the new product development
Examine parts/components to ascertain purpose, cost and value by utilizing knowledge of product design, development and cost engineering.
Participate in product brainstorming and help drive feasible design solutions
Bachelor of industrial design, product design or design engineering
5 years + experience developing physical products
Proficient in Adobe Suite
Outstanding 3D Modelling capabilities (Solid works, Rhino, Fusion 360, pro-e or equivalent), Adobe Suite is a bonus
Experience in the childrens product industry or related field
Excellent at sketching and making physical prototypes
Excellent communication skills with proficiency in English and Mandarin

Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
