Job Description
PROCESS RE-ENGINEERING, MARKETING

Requirements:
  • Manage customer journey mapping activities across entire organization ecosystem 
  • Based on insights from journey mapping, work closely with Digital & marketing teams to develop differentiated strategy 
  • Review operations processes across multiple divisions to improve process efficiency and enhance controls 
  • Manage multiple operational processes 
  • Work closely with the Business Process Management team to align front stage customer journey findings with back stage process improvements. 
  • Review functional specifications Manage UAT Creates and executes project work plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements 
  • Based on insights from journey mapping, work closely with sales and marketing teams to develop differentiated strategy 
  • Effectively apply project management methodology and enforces project standards. 
  • Work closely with regional teams and country teams to ensure timely delivery of project 


Responsibilities:
  • At least 8 years’ experience in business process improvement initiatives 
  • Preferably with project life cycle experience in financial/insurance domain 
  • Intensive experience in interpreting customer insights, process analysis, business analysis, process mapping and process improvement execution 
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement across different operations 
  • Analyze and document the business requirements, UX / UI / UAT / functional specifications 
  • Strong leadership skills with sound, analytical and decision making abilities 
  • Excellent inter-personal and communication skills in dealing with all levels of staff and vendors Process reengineering experience 
  • Demonstrate Critical thinking: ability to suggest improvements and identify risks 
  • Strong Service orientation: ability to prioritize & ability to manage operations expectations 
  • A highly organized individual with solid project management skills 
  • Ability to work independently and with diverse teams 
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, with the ability to pitch ideas and influence stakeholders
