Operation Director - Credit Card Operation

Job Description

  • Responsible for the implementation and planning of joint credit card marketing activities, communication with various social organizations and channel resources,establishment and maintenance of good cooperative relations
  • Participate in collaborative negotiation and new product development work of joint credit card; carry out feasibility analysis and make overall planning for card activity
  • Establish and maintain good, stable and mutually beneficial relationship with all kinds of partners, such as issuing bank organizations, joint card partners, etc., and maintain strategic cooperation between enterprises
  • Develop a variety of customer resources to achieve credit card sales targets in a variety of effective ways
  • To promote the development of joint card project implementation and all kinds of innovative business development, improve the financial sector overall profitability

  • Bachelor degree or above
  • 5-8 years or above related working experience with credit card market operation, channel development, cooperation promotion and team management experience
  • Be familiar with bank or good business knowledge,
  • Proficient in marketing management, mastering marketing strategy and market research ability, and have priority in finance, banking, credit card, third party payment, marketing and other related industries
  • Strong activity planning, public relations and data analysis ability strong perception of market hot and customer behavior
  • Good communication skills in Chinese and English
  • Good social background, customer resources, and financial product marketing performance
