Job Description:



- Work collaboratively with offline commercial and operation to define multi-channel actions that can drive total business growth and   customer experience improvement.

- Analyze emerging customer behaviors/expectation and search/filter/propose relevant solutions that are relevant to Zara multi-   channel strategies, such as instant delivery, store pick up, scan-to-buy, multi-purposes POS, store intelligence, etc and work with   various internal/external departments to deploy solutions accordingly.

- Coordinate with offline commercial and operation to deploy store pick up service and define/implement store-fulfillment-instant-   delivery model in selected regions/stores.

- Coordinate with distribution and various internal/external departments to develop and deploy "Home Instant Delivery" project.

- Coordinate with offline commercial and operation on Ipod new development such as wechat payment method, tmall, etc.

- Follow up any inquiries, concerns, and results that are covered on above responsibility scopes.

- At least 3 years work experience 
- Familiar with retail industry multi-channel practices or ever conduct multi-channel is preferable
