Job Description :

Responsibilities:
  • Assist in training Co-ordination, including Training Enrollment, answer enquiries, co-ordination with External & Internal Parties to ensure smooth operation of training arrangement, follow up on training record and training certification
  • Support training materials preparation, printing and delivery of materials
  • Ensure accuracy of Attendance Marking
  • Co-ordination on IT system changes / update
  • Routine Departmental Administrative Support
  • Communicate with different parties regards the training arrangements

Requirements:
  • HD/ Ad above, fresh graduate will also be consider
  • 2-3 years working experience in admin field
  • Good communication skills and manner is required
  • Proficient in MS office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
