Office Manager (In-charge of Mailroom)

Responsibilities:

•Efficient with equipment and mailroom vendors and monitor performance

•Propose suggestions to improve operation process, procedures and update operations manual regularly

•Build and maintain excellent client relationship and assure the highest customer service standards

•To provide quality service to ensure client service expectation is met

•Providing training and development opportunities for the team if necessary

•Prepare monthly site invoice and annual / ad-hoc budgets for site operations

Requirements:

•Preferably 5 years of relevant experience

•A team player, motivate, train and a fast worker

•Strong Customer Service skills with banking background preferred

•Proficient in Microsoft Office

•Good command of both English and Cantonese
