Our clients within telecommunication industry looks for Marketing Manager (broadband & wifi streams on fixed business) with accountabilities in:
Drive Revenue & Sales updates: Proactively drive and achieved team incremental targets. Promptly liaise with sales for daily cross products offers, pricing and conduct sales updates briefing on services and programs.
Contract retention: Analytically review existing fixed lines by revenue and segment to tactically plan effective programs to retain customers and to sell solutions more optimal to customers;
Team based Marketing: Effectively lunch quarterly marketing programs and campaigns to achieve:- new acquisitions + win backs + ICT solutions upgrade. In addition partner closely with marcom stakeholders to drive on marketing communication campaigns: seminars, events, collateral production, website content maintenance and others to improve awareness.
Market analytics: Diligent present detailed analysis by customers:- spending and line base. Plus provide market insights on trends for timely action based improvement plans.
Vendors management: Skilful to explore and draw up partners’ solutions package to enable partners drive performance.

Bachelor degree in Marketing or Business Administration or related discipline with at least 4 years relevant experience within telecommunication or IT or service industries preferred.
Proficient in managing partners and vendors.
A plus with IT related marketing know-how and experience
Highly competent to prepare management presentation, data analysis and business intelligence tools

Job Description :

Interacting with external customers and internal customers and addressing their queries, requests and complaints.

Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
