As one of the fastest-growing retail business in Hong Kong and Asia Pacific, they are they are now seeking for a Regional Market Insight Manager to cope with their business expansion.
About the Role
Reporting to the Marketing Director and leading a small team, you will define strategic recommendations based on the analysis of the retail market, trends, competition. This will be done by pulling together consumer & shopper analysis, distilling insights and reporting to local and regional teams, as well as ensuring that the business has the right tools in place to maximise value from the data. As a team lead, you will design and execute qualitative and quantitative research, interpreting research findings into actionable insights and work with different business partners in identifying and formulating market related briefs which are relevant to segment strategy and consumer profiles. Moreover, you will provide expertise and support to project teams on statistical and methodological issues related to satisfaction and perception measurement. Lastly, you will also uncover business challenges, implement research studies, interprete marketing and consumer behaviour results and drive the learning to in-market action.
