Job Description
JOB DESCRIPTION

To partner with Business Unit Management to provide continual risk assessment, review and implementation of policies, procedures and compliance training. Work with Business Unit to formulate plans and implements risk management strategies and processes. JOB REQUIREMENTS

1. Work on Group ERM initiatives and/or regulatory compliance and implement them across all Business Units.
2. Guide and integrate ERM in organisation strategic plans and management activities.
3. Work with Business Unit to build strong risk management culture and across operating units, development projects and stakeholder.
4. Liaise with department heads to implement company ERM framework and work with Business Unit to set risk registers, and review mitigation actions periodically.
5. Monitor and report on compliance/non-compliance with regulatory requirements.
6. Work with Business Unit to ensure identification and proritizing of risk and reporting.
7. Evaluate adequacy of the company internal control framework in addressing risks and accomplishing the company goals and objectives.
8. Attend Risk Committee meetings.
9. Proactively identify emerging risks and report to relevant stakeholders.
10. Perform investment risk assessment and provide scenario analytics.BUSINESS UNIT
