Reporting to the Senior Manager of Distribution Center Operation, Yuen Long, the incumbent will manage and lead the daily operations and strategic initiatives implementation for the well-structured Distribution Center under the vertical of Footwear & Apparel.
Major Responsibilities: -
Manage and drive continuous improvement on the operational KPIs to ensure good performance as committed in the Business Plan and Contractual Agreements with the Principle
Report KPIs progress and propose/implement corrective actions to close any gaps identified on a timely and cost effective manner
Manage the team in different people aspects including manpower planning, performance review, competency development and disciplinary actions etc
Prepare and analyze budgeting and P&L reports
Required Qualifications: -
Degree holder in any discipline
7 years’ solid experience in Distribution Center management with min. 3 years at managerial level
Experience in managing sizable operations is highly preferred
Good user knowledge in WMS systems
Good in communicating with people at all levels and strong partnership ability with working peers and customers
Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Manager capacity

New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
