Key deliverables:
  • Manage and update commercialisation calendar, including Growth, Product Marketing, Events, and Sales activities for Bank's Payment Gateway Business
  • Assist the Head of commercialisation & Marketing in managing and tracking the team budget
  • Support Growth, Product Marketing and Events on campaign fulfillment
  • Understand content metrics, perform A/B tests and evaluate based on performance
  • Lead and take ownership of organizing and leading internal team standup, cross-functional team meetings and local and global sharing forums
  • Liaise with vendors to brief in projects, receive proposal and assist with activity/project management
  • Organize and manage a database of business and product related content, including marketing campaign assets, business development sales decks, team presentation templates, etc
  • Track key milestones and reporting of progress (project, operational, financial)

For this role you will have:
  • A meticulous professional with 3+ years of project management experience
  • Experience in marketing and event planning and its related operations activities
  • Good understanding of marketing activities and general events
  • Well-organized and a proactive professional with a creative mindset and a can-do attitude
  • Knowledge of JIRA and Confluence preferred
  • Good language, communication and presentation skills
  • English a must, Cantonese and Mandarin a plus
