Job Description
Responsibilities:
Responsible of answering phone calls and handling inquiries and complaints
Assist in preparing legal document and perform clerical work
Willing to perform ad hoc assignments
Requirements:
Degree / Higher Diploma in Legal or Degree holder in any disciplines
0.5 - 1 year relevant experience in customer services field is preferable
Good presentation skill and interpersonal skill
Good command of written and spoken in English and Chinese
Proficient computer skills in MS Office including Chinese word processing
Initiative, independent and willing to learn
Fresh graduate will also be considered
Immediate available is preferred
