Job Description
Responsibilities:
  • Manage a portfolio of Greater China clients with the largest spend and largest growth potential
  • Meet and exceed sales metrics with both individual and team targets
  • Build positive, long-lasting relationships through customer engagement with numerous product offerings to increase value and drive market share
  • Implement strategies to drive business growth and inform decision-making at the C-suite level
  • Increase revenue by negotiating contract renewals for long-term subscriptions while developing up-sale and cross-sale opportunities
  • Work across all verticals; including non-profit, HK/China/US listed, government and more...
  • Inform and drive knowledge by challenging the status quo across traditional and social channels

Requirements:
  • University Degree of any disciplines with strong academic results
  • 3-4 years of consultative sales, account management or relevance experience (key account management preferred) in the area of Saas, social media, digital marketing, PR/marketing agencies industry
  • Fluent in written and spoken English and Mandarin (mandatory)
  • Ability to develop strong relationship at operational and executive levels
  • Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills, with superior customer-service oriented skills is a big plus
  • A passion for consultative selling, business development and entrepreneurship
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication, analytical and presentation skills
  • A positive, target driven, self-starter with natural leadership qualities
  • A proven ability to exceed expectations or targets at work
  • Coachability, openness to feedback and dedication to consistent self-improvement
