Job Description:
Server setup & maintenance
Application implementation and configuration
Support for network infrastructures, manage infrastructure change
Responsible for software change, update, upgrade and delivery, etc.
Perform system administrative role in data center facilities, servers, firewall, VMware, email, etc
Maintain and update software licenses and technical hardware inventory records
Troubleshooting IT issues and working on ad-hoc projects
Qualification:
Diploma or Degree holder in IT/Computer Science or related disciplines
Proficiency in Windows and Linux server administration, TCP/IP, Networking infrastructure and Security, Cisco and Juniper network equipment setup
Hands-on experience with the system and network monitoring, cloud platform, rabbit-MQ, Zabbix
Professional certificate of MCSE/CCNA is an advantage
Fresh graduate will also be considered

Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Policy Servicing:-
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
