  • Server as a point of contact for reporting technical issues
  • Answer questions regarding to upgrades, installation and other software, hardware and network issues
  • Effectively communicate with customers in a clear, positive and professional manner
  • Identify and document internal network and phone system issues, and liaise the information to the appropriate personnel
  • Provide IT support to online meetings and firm’s events

  • Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or other related disciplines
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a technical service-related filed with support experience in various software and applications
  • Basic knowledge of software patching/deployment tools
  • Basic knowledge if mobile device management tools
  • Technical or Industry Certifications (MCSE or HDI) will be a plus
  • Experience working in the legal environment will be a huge plus

Skills Required
  • Service-oriented mindset
  • Organized, self-motivated and able to multi-task and work with minimal supervision
  • Fluent in English, Cantonese (Mandarin is a plus!)
