Job Description
  • Provide level 1 technical support to users via phone, email, chat & ticketing systems
  • Assist users with technical issues related to PC, laptop and other peripherals
  • Setup, configure and support of desktop or network devices
  • Ensure proper documentation, notification, tracking and follow up of all incidents
  • Ad-hoc duties may be assigned
  • Training will be provided

  • Higher Diploma / Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or other related disciplines
  • 2-3 years of experience in technical support/customer service
  • Basic understanding and knowledge on networking
  • Eager to learn IT knowledge
  • Self-motivated, responsible and reliable
  • Positive thinker with an outgoing personality
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Service-oriented mindset
  • Fluent in English and Cantonese (Mandarin will be a plus!)
