Job Description :

Responsibilities:
  • Provide 1st tier support to users via phone, email, chat and ticketing system
  • Assist users with technical issues related to PC, laptop, printer
  • Setup and configure desktop or networking devices and provide technical support
  • Ensuring proper documentation, notification, tracking, and follow up of all incidents
  • Ad-hoc duties may also be assigned
  • Shift duty is required
  • Training will be provided

Requirements:
  • Degree in Computer Sciences or other related disciplines
  • Excellent communication skills and social skills and service-minded
  • Basic Networking skills
  • Eager to learn IT knowledge
  • Strong team spirit
  • Responsible, able to work independently, self motivated
  • Positive thinker and has an outgoing personality
  • Fresh Graduates are welcome
  • Must to have great control of both written and spoken English
  • Proficiency in Mandarin will be a plus
