Job Description
SMC Service Level Management Back office
 

Roles and Responsibilities: 

 Process computer user account registration / maintenance requests.

 Maintain user authority information databases.

 Maintain security rule databases and related tables.

 Ensure all security related requests have been properly handled.

 Ensure authorization records are current and complete.

 Regularly generate and review security audit reports and take appropriate actions as and when any security exceptions or violations are discovered.

 Provide assistance to other members of the team in the development and enhancement of security administration tools and facilities.

 Properly file and keep all security related requests, standards and procedure documents.

 Explain and assist users in the understanding of security policies and procedures.

 Assist the senior Security Specialist in the maintenance and production of performance indicators.
