Inventory Program Coordinator/Technician

The Program Coordinator provides inventory procurement, management, distribution and logistics support for pre-market consumer electronics across the globe. We will equip you with everything you need to know to support our devices, as well as the skills you’ll need as a future Operations Professional. We are seeking motivated professionals eager to grow with a well established company for a rewarding and lucrative career in IT/Operations Support. This position reports directly to the Program Manager.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support Engineers and Product Managers on various Development Projects
  • Respond to and fulfill requests for testing and development hardware
  • Manage Testing Feedback, bugs, and discussion Groups
  • Work with External Partners to develop hardware projects from prototype stage through market launch.
  • Keep track of inventory with weekly cycle count scans
  • Manage delivery of confidential devices to users and locations  

Minimum Qualifications

  • Associate’s degree or equivalent practical experience
  • Proficiency with Gsuite (such as Google Cal/Docs/Slides/Sheets)
  • Comfortable with Hardware specifications and knowledge of components
  • Excellent organizational aptitude. Ability to manage multiple projects/stakeholders in parallel
  • Ability to work well in a team environment with a focus on knowledge sharing and collaboration
  • Ability to work on a team with minimal supervision

Preferred Qualifications

  • 2 years relevant Coordination experience, preferably supporting Hardware or Software development.
  • Experience with logistics and international shipping
  • Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Information Systems, Applied Networking, or any other applicable technical degrees
  • Strong customer service, organizational, communication, leadership background
  • Ability to adjust quickly to changing priorities
