Holder of Degree in Architecture or Interior Design
Preferably be a qualified architect (HKIA, RIBA or equivalent) or experienced interior designer and possess over 8 years of experience in in handling sizable residential projects and experience in high-end furniture / showflat / sales office design is an advantage
Proficient in using AutoCAD & Photoshop
Strong design flair, good initiative and willing to work under pressure
Creative with innovative concepts on construction details and design will be essential
Positive attitude, able to work independently
Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (including Putonghua) Responsibilities :
Assist the PM team and manage consultant team on the design process from initial stages to completion, space planning and layout plans
Site supervision and co-ordination
Experience in handling presentation, tender and construction drawings independently
Strong in liaising with various consultants to execute large scale interior design project
Review, comment and mark up design drawings / construction details
Sourcing of finishes materials on behalf of developers
Liaise and discuss with internal departments and external consultants on design and quality control of residential developments

Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
