As a strategic partner to work with Department Heads to build talent and develop people to achieve the company success strategically
Lead a team (4) to develop and implement various Human Resources Management Programs to facilitate people development and management in PRC sites. Manage the regular review and make necessary adjustment accordingly
Responsible for acquiring best-fit-talents internally and externally to meet the strategy needs
Work with Department Heads to design various people development programs to our people to increase their required skills and competencies to accomplish the agreed goals and professionally to prepare them for advancement to cope with company development need
Actively manage the retention of high potential employees within the organization
Plan and execute employee relation programs to increase staff engagement and morale
Perform other ad-hoc assignments and projects as assigned by the management
University degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management or related qualifications
Solid HR development and management experience covering China, with exposure in people development for R&D (technical) professionals and/or factory management professional is preferred
Experience/ familiar with China Labor Law Ordinance and PRC Individual Income Tax Ordinances
Proactive and self-motivated, positive team player with excellent interpersonal, problem-solving and team leading skills
Able to think out-of-box and drive projects and changes
Proficiency in both spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin
Travelling to Shenzhen office is required

Interacting with external customers and internal customers and addressing their queries, requests and complaints.

Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
