Our client, an US based Banking corporation provides a full range of banking products for business and personal needs is seeking for a Print Production Operator to support their daily operations.
Support HR Advisors on providing advices to business and line managers and employees with regards to all employee-related matters including employment law, performance management, interpretation of company policies, etc.
Independently handle all recruitment activities for Consumer Operations & Technology positions
Collaborate with Human Resource specialists in compensation, mobility, compliance & control, etc. to ensure alignment in the delivery of HR services and solutions
Establish and maintain links to the external marketplace / competitor landscape to support the delivery of outward and forward looking HR services
Support ad hoc projects and employee relations programs
University graduate with relevant experience in Human Resources or recruitment function
A good team player and can work independently
Good communication skills
Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese/Cantonese
Job Description :

Interacting with external customers and internal customers and addressing their queries, requests and complaints.

Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
