Job Description
  • Provide administrative support for a variety of Human Resources activities including Recruitment, Learning and Development, Employee Communications and Compensation & Benefits.
  • Support the Recruitment process by coordinating interviews for managers and meeting candidates
  • Assist in managing the training course schedule and attendance for Learning & Development Function
  • Be involved in in data handling and storage
  • Prepare correspondences, reports and other documents as assigned
  • Perform ad hoc duties when required

  • University graduate in any disciplines
  • 1-2 years of HR working experience is preferred
  • Be critical thinking, well organized and detail-minded with the ability to independently manage priorities and multi-task
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Good command of English and Chinese
