We are currently seeking an HRBP to join our DHL eCommerce team in our HK Office.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Professional for HR function with balanced focus on strategic and operational HR activities for own district;
Full spectrum of HR including but not limited to Recruitment, Manpower planning, Employee Relations, Performance Management, Learning & Development.
Support business growth or transformation/change improvement, implement changes in HR processes;
Develop and implement HR policies that comply with statutory regulations and are consistent with internal and external best practices;
Manage vendor/service relationship and service level agreements with specific BU/partner for range of HR services (e.g outsourced payroll);
Optimizing the use of HR processes, levers and tools to great effect. Establishing clear and meaningful KPIs, tracking business satisfaction with HR and improvement initiatives.
Provide guidance on legal and policy requirements, education and advise to employee and managers, documentation and employee notification procedures, court proceeding.
Accountable for contract elements, legal/data protection provisions, contract/record management.
Work with GC HR team for initiatives to increase employee satisfaction, performance and retention include effective communication at all levels. Ensuring sustainable employee opinion survey and follow-up .
Ensure compliance of HR policies and procedures within local statutory requirements;
Act as business partners to provide advice and counseling to line managers on staff related issues. Eg performance counseling.
Work with GC team to create and maintain programmed for staff retention and cohesiveness, reward and recognition.
Diploma or Bachelor Degree and above in any fields.
Minimum 8 years HR experience;
Previous experience in an MNC manufacturing environment is advantageous;
Experience working with blue collared workers is a MUST;
Regional or Greater China exposure is highly desired;

Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
